Anicalls is hiring a Time-Series Forecasting Engineer to design, develop, and deploy forecasting solutions for demand, revenue, capacity, and operational planning . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with time-series forecasting models , Python , feature engineering , backtesting , and forecasting performance metrics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize time-series forecasting models for business planning.
- Build forecasting solutions using Python and statistical/ML techniques.
- Perform feature engineering to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct backtesting and validate forecasting models.
- Monitor forecasting metrics and continuously optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable forecasting solutions.
- Ensure data quality and implement forecasting best practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Time-Series Forecasting , Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence , or a related field.
- Certifications in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Databricks are an added advantage.
