- Diploma/Degree NQF 6/7 in a relevant technical field, or equivalent technical qualification.
- 3–5 years' technical/training experience. Assessor/Facilitator certification advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver practical technical training; conduct demonstrations; assess learner performance and provide feedback;
- prepare/use training materials; support and mentor participants; maintain training records and compliance.
