- Diploma/Certificate NQF 5/6 in Finance, Legal, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years' debt collection, credit control or finance experience. Excel/financial systems exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact debtors and follow up outstanding accounts;
- maintain debtor records and monitor balances;
- support payment arrangements; resolve billing/payment disputes;
- maintain documentation; report collection performance and escalate unresolved debts.
