An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Cape Town on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain exposure to audit processes, financial controls, and broader finance operations within a successful manufacturing business. Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of financial documents in line with company policies and statutory requirements

• Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Processing and monitoring supplier credit requests

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and stored

• Assisting with VAT-related documentation, invoice management, and audit requirements.

• Supporting month-end finance processes and reporting deadlines

• Contributing to the review and improvement of internal controls and finance procedures

• Providing administrative support to internal stakeholders and the finance department

• Coordinating general office administration, including visitor arrangements, answering incoming calls, and managing office supplies

• Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required

• Prepare audit files and supporting documentation

Skills & Experience

• 2 to 3 years in a similar role

Qualification

• Matric / Grade 12

• Certificate OR Diploma
