Temporary Property Bookkeeper
Johannesburg, Sandton R25,000 per month Immediate Start | Contract until November 2026 A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Bookkeeper to join their finance team on a temporary contract. Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the property industry
- MDA Property Manager experience is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reconciliations
- Available to commence employment immediately
- Perform bank reconciliations and bank allocations
- Reconcile trial balances to general ledgers
- Complete supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping functions
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and within required deadlines
