Our client is a privately owned specialized generator business, based in Lanseria, Johannesburg, and Brits, offering diesel generators for sale at market-leading prices. They supply the South African and sub-Saharan African markets with highly competitive diesel generators.
LOCATION: Lanseria, Gauteng + Travel to Brits
This role will require that you rotate between the 2 company offices located in Lanseria and Brits, compensation will be provide

Key Responsibilities/ Hoofverantwoordelikhede
Telesales & Sales Development
Conduct inbound and outbound telesales calls
Engage professionally with new and existing clients
Present products and solutions telephonically
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations
Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Sales Administration & CRM
Capture and update client information accurately
Maintain CRM systems and call records
Assist with quotations, orders, and client follow-ups
Management Exposure & Training
Participate in structured sales training and coaching
Gain exposure to sales management processes
Support senior sales staff and supervisors as required

Telesales & Verkoopsontwikkeling
Uitvoer van inkomende en uitgaande telesales-oproepe
Professionele telefoniese kommunikasie met kliënte
Telefoon-aanbieding van produkte en oplossings
Opvolg van navrae, leidrade en kwotasies
Ondersteuning om individuele en spanverkoopsteikens te bereik
Verkoopsadministrasie & CRM
Akkurate vaslegging en opdatering van kliëntdata
Bestuur van CRM-stelsels en oproeplogboeke
Ondersteuning met kwotasies, bestellings en opvolg
Bestuursblootstelling & Opleiding
Deelname aan gestruktureerde verkoopsopleiding
Blootstelling aan verkoopsbestuursprosesse
Ondersteuning van senior verkoopslede en toesighouers
Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes
- Matric with Pure Mathematics passed with atleast 60% - 69% or higher or Mathematics literacy passed with atleast 75% - 79% or higher
- Experience in cold calling, telesales or retail sales will be extremely advantageous
Strong communication and telephone etiquette
Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Good time management and organisational skills
