We are a growing security and CCTV solutions company providing professional installation, maintenance, and support services to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a driven and organised individual to support management while helping grow our client base.
Role Overview
This is a position with appointment setting and lead generation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, improving client communication, and ensuring a steady flow of quality appointments for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for sales people
Book, confirm, and reschedule client appointments efficiently
Proactively contact new and existing clients to arrange CCTV/security consultations
Qualify leads before booking appointments to ensure quality prospects
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and previous clients to secure appointments
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApps, and email inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and job tracking systems
Coordinate closely with the technical team regarding availability, bookings, and job progress
Ensure all appointments are properly allocated and communicated to technicians
Send reminders and confirmations to reduce no-shows
Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reports
Monitor and track leads, appointments, and conversion rates
Identify opportunities for up selling or additional services when engaging with clients
Assist with basic marketing and client outreach campaigns
Handle general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Previous experience in appointment setting, or sales support
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Computer literate (Email, Excel, Word)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
Advantageous
Experience in the security, CCTV, or technical services industry
Experience with CRM or job management systems
Sales background
