Telesales Agent

Job Description

• We are part of The Unlimited Group, a leading call centre based in Westville, Durban with over 30 years of industry experience.
• We specialise in outbound sales for financial products and short-term insurance, offering a dynamic environment with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.
• We are currently seeking experienced and driven Sales Agents to join our high-performing BPO team on a local campaign, with a proven ability to close deals.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Promote and sell financial products and short-term insurance
• Identify customer needs and present suitable product options
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Guide clients through the full sales and sign-up process
• Accurately capture and update customer information on the system
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales
• Matric essential
• 1+ year experience in any sales/ call centre
• Must reside in Durban
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Please note: This role is for experienced outbound call centre sales consultants only . Applicants must have a proven track record in outbound telesales within a call centre environment. Retail, face-to-face, or customer service experience alone will not be considered
