The position is based in Sandton and is a full-time role on-site. Only candidates who live in JHB will be considered.
Were a specialist boutique law firm based in Sandton, working at the intersection of technology, commercial law and intellectual property. Were looking for individuals with a clear interest in technology law and commercial work who want to build their expertise in a specialised and evolving area of law.
The role will primarily involve
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Advising on technology transactions Licensing and intellectual property matters Data protection, privacy and compliance advisory
This is a non-litigation role, suited to someone with relevant exposure to these areas. We will consider candidates with this experience through articles, studies and early work experience all the way up to senior level with their own practice and will evaluate candidates based on merit, what they can offer and their expectations.
