About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on equipment.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements relevant to the technology used in the field.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work methodically under pressure.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in a related technical field e.g., engineering, electronics, maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and applications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices within the technical field.
