We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and client-focused Wealth Administrator to join our growing Wealth Management team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support across new business, client onboarding, portfolio administration, investment servicing, client reviews and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
New Business & Client Onboarding
- Manage the administration of new business and client onboarding.
- Process broker appointments and new client documentation.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore new business.
- Liaise with investment platforms, product providers and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
Portfolio & Investment Administration
- Manage day-to-day portfolio servicing and maintenance.
- Process switches, withdrawals, additions, transfers and other investment transactions.
- Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with service providers.
- Ensure client portfolios and records remain accurate and up to date.
Client Reviews & Reporting
- Coordinate and administer client reviews.
- Obtain statements and supporting information required for client reviews.
- Assist advisors with preparing information and documentation for client meetings.
- Ensure review-related administration is completed accurately and timeously.
Client Data & Administration
- Maintain accurate client information on the relevant CCM/CRM systems.
- Monitor client records in conjunction with advisors.
- Ensure information relating to income top-ups, fee top-ups and other portfolio requirements is accurately captured.
- Identify and resolve outstanding or incomplete client information.
Client Service
- Communicate directly with clients regarding administrative and servicing requirements.
- Respond to client queries and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Provide regular feedback to clients throughout the servicing process.
- Build positive relationships with clients, advisors and external service providers.
Compliance
- Ensure client documentation and information meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete records.
- Adhere to company policies, processes and confidentiality requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in wealth administration, financial services, investment administration or a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and client servicing.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, confident and client-focused approach.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential client information.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/administration systems.
- Experience with investment platforms and service providers will be advantageou
Package & Remuneration
R12,000 per month
