- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, standby power generation, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services.
- Drive preventative maintenance and asset management strategies.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades, refurbishments, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, health and safety, and engineering regulations.
- Manage contractor performance, service level agreements, and technical budgets.
- Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
Minimum Requirements
- GCC (Factories) Essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 810 years' engineering and technical management experience within a complex operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, engineering compliance, maintenance planning, and asset management.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
- Sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and engineering best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
