Start free — we apply for you →Job Title: Technical Sales Representative Start Date: 2026-08-19 - 2026-09-18 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB006283 Sectors: Sales Location: Gauteng , JHB - Eastern Suburbs Salary: Brief: business development|external sales representative|technical sales representative A well-established East Rand based company is seeking a Technical Sales Representative with industrial paint / coating knowledge to join their team Detail: Minimum Requirements Mechanical or strong technical background Previous technical sales experience Industrial / Technical paint /coatings experience and knowledge is essential such as industrial coatings | protective coatings | corrosion protection | primers | topcoats | polyurethane coatings | epoxy coatings | aerospace coatings | OEM coatings Experience within an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment will be advantageous Strong new business development and key account management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Able to work independently and effectively manage your own schedule Valid driver's licence Own reliable vehicle Willing and able to travel locally and internationally Key Responsibilities Sell industrial paint/coatings and aircraft ground support equipment Develop and maintain key customer accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities Build relationships with OEMs, capital goods, rail and wind turbine companies Provide customers with technical product support and solutions Conduct regular customer visits and travel as required Manage your own sales pipeline, diary and customer activities show more...
