Job Title: TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER Start Date: 2026-08-05 - 2026-12-31 Vacancy Type: Permanent FM002620 Sectors: Sales & Marketing Location: Northern Cape , Nothern Cape Salary: Brief: sales rep|technical sales manager Northern Cape Province – South Africa: The incumbent is responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company`s services to new business accounts, and by growing existing business through value added selling of the company's total package of services. Detail: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in the food testing industry. Sound knowledge of food safety programs and systems, including HACCP, environmental monitoring, finished product sampling, food microbiology, food chemistry, and research methodologies. Working knowledge of current food microbiology and chemistry testing methods and industry standards. Proven experience in technical sales and client relationship management, with the ability to identify business development opportunities. Strong understanding of laboratory operations and quality assurance principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications for reporting, data analysis, and client communication. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and laboratory management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach.
