Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative engineering solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Present technical solutions to customers.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality teams throughout project execution.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and growing strategic customer relationships.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing and project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing operations.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2-8 years' engineering experience within a manufacturing, heavy engineering or fabrication environment.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
