- Lead and manage a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical projects nationwide.
- Provide technical support, coaching, and performance management to technicians.
- Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor stock control, technician productivity, and operational performance.
- Prepare payroll inputs, performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 Years Relevant Technical Experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms etc.)
- Min 2 Years Supervisory / Management experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
- Experience working with stock and management thereof
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R27000 negotiable, plus Provident Fund, Medical Aid, 13 th Cheque and Discretionary Performance Bonus
