Blue Security is seeking an experienced Technical Field Manager to lead our field technicians and ensure exceptional service delivery across the region.
This role requires a strong technical leader with experience in electronic security systems, team management and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Field Technicians.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Drive field sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain ISO quality standards and industry compliance.
- Coach, mentor and develop technical staff.
- Conduct quality inspections and performance management.
- Support complex technical installations and fault finding.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence.
- PSIRA Registration.
- Certification and competency in the installation and maintenance of integrated electronic security systems.
- Competency in AI technology and IP camera architecture.
- Broad product knowledge across CCTV, alarm, access control and electric fencing systems.
- Previous experience managing technical teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, Outlook and Word).
Advantageous
- Manufacturer product certifications.
- Sales and business development experience.
