- You will oversee client success from implementation through expansion, helping customers maximize value from the AI platform while working independently and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical client success and onboarding
- Manage implementations and ensure seamless AI platform integration
- Serve as technical liaison between clients and our engineering team
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of new features
- Conduct technical training, demos, and troubleshooting
- Build and refine technical processes that scale efficiently
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience
- High level of initiative and strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- 3+ years' experience in a technical customer success role
- Direct experience with AI or SaaS platforms
- Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI
