Marshall Security is looking for a highly organised and customer focused Technical Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating field technicians, managing customer requests and ensuring that technical services are delivered efficiently and on time. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, pays exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate field technicians to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of technical services.
Follow up on customer requests timeously to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations based on technical assessments, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
Manage and monitor the field technicians' dashboard to ensure productivity and quality of work.
Maintain high customer service standards through effective communication and problem solving.
Set and monitor deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years' technical experience.
Intermediate computer knowledge.
Knowledge of CRM/BPO systems and processes.
Good telephone etiquette.
Familiarity with technical terminology and processes.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
