This is a broad analytical role combining business analysis, systems analysis, data investigation, product development, and emerging AI/ML capabilities
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience to business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant projects or practical training will be considered for junior candidates.
- Practical SQL experience and an understanding of relational databases.
- Exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping, and software development.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, reporting, and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Excel or similar analytical tools.
- An interest in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven product development.
- Exposure to Python, REST APIs, JSON, Git/GitHub, dashboards, automation, or generative AI would be advantageous.
