Duties & Responsibilities
CLAREMONT, CPT | 4 Days Per Week Onsite | Benefits Package This requirement is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Azure technologies to enhance data capabilities and drive strategic insights. Below lists the Tech requirements for this role: Essential Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Owner, with at least 3 years in a technical/systems analysis role
- Strong experience working in agile product teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical specifications
- Experience analysing end-to-end system impacts, including APIs, integrations, data flows, and downstream dependencies
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and SQL for investigation and validation
- Confident producing high-quality documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams
Desirable Experience
- Background in Membership, subscription, health & fitness, or retail platforms
- Background in product environments
- Azure services
- Mobile app delivery and release processes
- Working with external vendors or distributed engineering teams
- Exposure to Data or AI-enabled products
