Renlaw Engineering, a leading industrial cutting tool manufacturer, is looking for a Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys working across customer engagement, engineering support, and IT systems management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes for new and existing customer parts
- Engaging with customers to develop new components and solutions
- Resolving technical queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Reading and generating technical drawings
- Overseeing managed services (M365, firewall security, fibre, printers, 3CX, MRP systems)
- Coordinating with service providers to maintain system performance
- Managing fleet administration, including licences and service renewals
Desired Experience & Qualification
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.\
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Advantageous
- Experience with CAD software.
- Experience with MRP systems
- A technical or engineering background.

- Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
