Technical Administrator & PA Admin / Office Support | Manufacturing Pretoria / Centurion R25 000 – R30 000 per month Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Technical Administrator & PA to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical documentation and document control systems.

• Compile quality documentation, manufacturing records, customer databooks, and production reports.

• Assist with ISO 9001 documentation and audit preparation.

• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and provide executive support to management.

• Support production, engineering, and quality departments with day-to-day administration.

• Maintain accurate records and update technical documentation.

• Assist with procurement administration and office supply ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in a Technical Administration, Document Control, or Quality Administration role.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation and quality systems.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.

• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Engineering Support, or a related field will be advantageous.
