- Coordinate and support a small but dynamic technical team
- This is a key operational role, ensuring that customers receive professional, efficient, and high-quality equipment installations and repair services
Experienced in: • Supplier & Stock Management • Customer & Service Coordination • Internal Administration & Reporting • Business Development Support • Technical Team Coordination • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills • High levels of reliability, accountability, and consistency • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently • Confident, assertive, and logical decision-maker • Knowledge of catering equipment and industry terminology (advantageous) • Practical experience with catering equipment or technical environments (advantageous)
