Detail: Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement and service delivery, acting as the trusted technical advisor. Gather, analyse and document business requirements, functional specifications and solution recommendations Deliver client onboarding, user training, knowledge transfer and high-quality functional documentation. Coordinate with Product, Development and QA teams to manage releases, change requests, issue resolution and platform enhancements. Monitor service performance, manage reporting, escalations, risks and major incidents to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. Champion the voice of the customer by translating business needs and client feedback into product and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement, platform adoption, customer success and long-term account growth. Essential Degree/Diploma in IT, Business Information Systems or related field. 3–5 years' experience in Technical Account Management, Functional Support, Business Analysis or Customer Success. Client-facing enterprise application support experience. Functional analysis, SDLC knowledge and excellent English communication Advantages: Airline, Retail or Travel Technology experience.
