Pampered Paws is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking person to join our growing team in Cape Town.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will be involved in the day-to-day running of a busy professional dog care business, including:

• Caring for and handling dogs • Assisting with grooming and bathing • Helping customers and managing bookings • Maintaining excellent cleanliness and store standards • Working closely with the rest of the team • Assisting with daycare and other pet-care services • Learning our systems, procedures and daily operations • Taking on additional responsibility as you develop WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We want someone who is:

• Passionate about providing excellent care and service

Dog grooming experience is a strong advantage, but not essential.

Experience working in a grooming salon, veterinary practice, dog daycare, kennel, pet shop or other animal-care environment will also be beneficial. CAREER DEVELOPMENT We believe strongly in developing people from within the business.

For the right person, this position can develop into additional responsibility, team leadership and ultimately a store management opportunity.

You will receive practical training in our systems, customer service standards, dog care, store operations and management processes. LOCATION Pampered Paws operates multiple locations in Cape Town.
