Job Summary
Driver Team Leader
Spidex Express is looking for a responsible and results-driven Driver Team Leader to manage and support a team of last-mile delivery drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driver recruitment, daily allocation, attendance, performance management, route coordination and ensuring parcels are delivered safely and on time.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, good knowledge of the local delivery area, and preferably previous experience in courier, logistics, fleet or last-mile operations.
Warehouse Team Leader
Spidex Express is looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, including parcel receiving, scanning, sorting, dispatch and coordination with delivery drivers. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and efficient parcel processing while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in warehouse, courier or logistics operations, strong team management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Driver Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage a team of delivery drivers.
- Ensure drivers report to the warehouse on time and complete daily deliveries.
- Allocate parcels and delivery routes to drivers.
- Monitor daily delivery performance, failed deliveries and customer issues.
- Track driver attendance, productivity and performance.
- Provide training and daily guidance to drivers.
- Handle driver-related issues and maintain good team discipline.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all parcels are delivered safely and within the required SLA.
Requirements
- Previous experience in courier, logistics, delivery or fleet operations is preferred.
- Previous experience managing a team of drivers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the local area and road network.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's licence is an advantage.
- Own vehicle is an advantage.
Warehouse Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse receiving, sorting and dispatch operations.
- Receive parcels from the central hub and ensure accurate scanning and sorting.
- Organise parcels according to delivery areas and routes.
- Coordinate with the Driver Team Leader to ensure parcels are dispatched on time.
- Monitor parcel volume, sorting accuracy and dispatch performance.
- Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain proper parcel records and ensure no parcels are lost or misplaced.
- Handle damaged, missing and exception parcels.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and security.
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance data.
- Ensure warehouse operations meet Spidex Express SOPs and KPI requirements.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, courier or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience in parcel sorting or last-mile logistics is an advantage.
- Previous team management experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good computer and basic Excel skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Must have good attendance and strong work discipline.
