Team Leaders required for seasonal, temporary work in Montague Gardens, W Cape. We require candidates with 5 years' plus experience in a similar role in a DC environment. Candidates must have a clear criminal record, computer literacy on Excel with a mature approach and good communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct a team of pickers, packers and machine operators in a high-speed environment ensuring KPIs are met.
- Ensure clear communication with your team as well as interacting with the client.
- Good Excel skills for capturing timesheets and reporting purposes.
- Candidates must be immediately available to commence employment.
