- Overseeing the functions performed by the mining teams to ensure quality performance according to standards
- Assisting the Miner with safe blasting of underground excavations, and with enforcement of mine standards and procedures, thus ensuring that the workplaces are safe
- Leading the team and manage their performance with the assistance of the Miner
- Communicate daily mining plans and allocate responsibilities to the crew
- Ensuring compliance to the company's policies and procedures
About you
- Grade 12
- Competent B certificate
- Experience in Board and Pillar, trackless mining
- Previous Team Leader Mining experience
- Good communication skills written and verbal
