Skills: Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities. Effective problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Knowledge of sales processes and strategies. Planning and organizational competence. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Relationship-building skills. Proficiency in basic Excel and other relevant software. Ability to present statistical data clearly. Experience: Proven experience in sales/ sales management, preferably within a similar industry. Experience in sales and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies. Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in sales. Ability to interpret charts and present data effectively.
