Duties
• Review client financials monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness • Oversee tax calculations, VAT reviews, and the finalization of financial statements • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of accountants managing workflow, performance, and wellbeing • Build lasting client relationships with proactive communication and hands-on support • Identify workflow gaps, streamline processes, and suggest practical improvements • Keep leadership informed with insights on team progress and client risk areas Education and Experience:
• Newly Qualified CA(SA) Skills:
• Accounting software experience essential (Xero Adviser certification would be beneficial) • MS Excel - Intermediate (Pivot tables) APPLY NOW!
