National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical , Industrial, Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related qualification. Advantageous: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Certification (e.g., Green Belt or higher) Project Management Qualification (PMP or equivalent) Train-the-Trainer Certification (for the training component) ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems knowledge Min. 10-year proven work experience in production within a manufacturing company Excellent Microsoft office & outlook skills Attention to detail. Visionary leadership approach in regards of people and production environment. Holistic view for the internal organization and the surrounding departments. Mediation and conflict resolution skills.
