Introduction

At DLK Group, our people are at the heart of what we do. As we continue to grow and strengthen our People and Culture function, we're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organised and wants to build their career in a supportive, fast-paced consulting environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day administration of our recruitment and People and Culture activities.
  • Keep candidate, employee and contractor records accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication and recruitment documentation.
  • Prepare contractor agreements and coordinate signatures and outstanding documentation.
  • Track contractor start dates, contract renewals and expiry dates.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and contractors.
  • Maintain recruitment and contractor information on our internal systems, including SharePoint and our recruitment platform.
  • Assist with recruitment reports, talent pipelines and general administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the People and Culture team to keep processes organised and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, HR or general administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in following up with people.
  • Someone who takes initiative, manages deadlines and follows through on tasks.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a busy, people-focused environment.

It would be an advantage if you have

  • A relevant diploma or degree.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or SharePoint.
  • Exposure to the ICT consulting, recruitment or public sector environment.

Why Join DLK?

At DLK Group, we're building a People and Culture function that supports our people while enabling the business to grow.

The role will initially be offered on a 3-month limited duration contract. This gives both you and DLK the opportunity to see whether the role, team and working environment are the right fit before considering a longer-term opportunity.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, gain exposure to different areas of recruitment and people operations, and have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful contribution.

If you're organised, enjoy working with people and want to grow your career in People and Culture, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply and become part of the DLK team.
