We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialist, professional, and critical skills roles across our business. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist, professional and critical skills positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct vacancy briefings, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer management and onboarding handovers. Deliver a professional, efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for scarce and critical skills through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment agencies, professional networks, employee referrals and other sourcing channels. Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Continuously identify new sourcing methods and recruitment best practices to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill. Contribute to graduate and internship recruitment initiatives. Promote the organisation's employer brand through digital recruitment platforms and social media. Recruitment Governance, Reporting & Compliance Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, Employment Equity objectives, labour legislation and POPIA requirements. Manage recruitment activity against approved workforce plans and budgets. Maintain accurate recruitment records and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare weekly recruitment reports, Recruitment Tracker updates, headcount reports and Employment Equity dashboards. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to support workforce planning and informed business decisions. Review recruitment agency invoices and assist in monitoring recruitment expenditure. Stakeholder Partnership Build trusted relationships with Executives, Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers and People Support teams. Provide expert recruitment advice, labour market insights and best practice guidance to support informed hiring decisions. Collaborate with recruitment partners, agencies and educational institutions to strengthen talent attraction initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality and stakeholder experience.
