The successful candidate will manage, improve and recommend technology solutions that strengthen operational efficiency across the business. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with technology, CRM platforms, automation and digital process improvement. Experience within the property, real estate, lettings or property management sector will be highly advantageous, particularly where this includes exposure to industry-specific systems and software. Detail: Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise CRM platforms and business software. Review existing business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency. Research, test and implement new software, systems and digital tools. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement. Support the implementation and integration of new systems and platforms. Assist with data management, reports and business dashboards. Provide first-line system support and troubleshooting. Liaise with third-party software providers and technology partners. Monitor system performance and ensure users receive appropriate support. Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures. Train team members on new systems, tools and best practices. Remain informed about emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions. Manage multiple system-related projects and improvement initiatives simultaneously. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a property, real estate, lettings or property management environment is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and cloud-based business software. Experience implementing, managing or improving business systems. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical technology solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Availability to work UK business hours from Monday to Friday. Advantageous Systems Experience Experience with one or more of the following would be beneficial: Property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Arthur, Alto, Reapit or Street.co.uk CRM platforms Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or similar project management tools Zapier, Make.com or similar workflow automation platforms Artificial intelligence productivity tools Reporting and dashboard software Digital process optimisation tools Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is curious, innovative and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in using technology to solve operational problems. You should naturally identify smarter and faster ways of working and be confident researching, evaluating and recommending systems that improve efficiency. You must also be able to balance technical knowledge with user support, documentation, training and practical implementation.
