Time and attendance background is a definite nice to have. Payroll experience/background is also a nice to have. Some pre-sales experience. Systems support experience. Client support experience. Client training. Need to be an extrovert as client and team engaging is important for this role. Be well presented and able to converse well, this will come in to play when they do training etc. Overview of the position: Selling solutions – Hardware and software. Client visits obtaining the relevant information required – Get rosters, shifts, employee details. Hardware technician goes to install, thereafter sales go to do client training. On-site installation and setup. On going support for the clients. User training and onboarding (Online or On-site). Ongoing maintenance and support. Remote assistance and call centre support.
