We are looking for a dynamic Systems & Learning Administrator who can bridge the gap between technology and people development. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across systems administration, user support, learning coordination, and process improvement — ensuring that both technology and employees are empowered to perform at their best.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain business systems and applications to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting system issues, resolving queries, and assisting with access and user-related challenges.
- Monitor system health, performance, security, backups, and data integrity to support business continuity.
- Assist with system implementation projects, upgrades, and improvements from planning through to completion.
- Administer ERP systems and support ongoing enhancements, configurations, and user requirements.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, policies, and records to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate learning and development activities, including training sessions, workshops, and user enablement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources to support effective system adoption.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, tracking findings, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, system efficiencies, and better user experiences.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics or a related qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in systems administration and learning administration.
- At least 1 year’s experience supporting or managing systems-related projects .
- Practical experience working with ERP systems (experience with ACUMATICA will be advantageous).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and environments .
