• Relevant certifications , including a valid MS Azure Qualification (Solutions Architect preferred), CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, prior MCSE or MCSA, and an IT Security Qualification (CompTIA Security+ preferred). • Cloud & Systems: Azure administration, Windows Server (20192025), Office 365, Active Directory, and DNS. • Networking & Security: Network/firewall administration (FortiGate & WAF experience preferred), network protocols (HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, SFTP/FTPS), and OSI model principles. • Compliance & Governance: Hands-on experience with PCI-DSS v4.0.1 regulations and structured Change Control processes. • Databases & Integration: Microsoft SQL management, T-SQL scripting, and REST/SOAP API testing using Postman. • Service Desk: Support ticket management experience an added advantage).
