What You'll Be Doing As a Systems Developer, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, integrating, and supporting application solutions that are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective. Your key responsibilities will include: ✅ Providing technical support on system and software-related issues ✅ Maintaining system components and ensuring smooth deployment of new functionality ✅ Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems through root cause analysis ✅ Collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT colleagues to deliver effective solutions ✅ Configuring and maintaining in-house scheduling and scripting processes ✅ Automating business and technical processes to improve efficiency ✅ Developing, enhancing, and supporting in-house applications throughout the SDLC ✅ Integrating hosted, third-party, and internally developed applications ✅ Ensuring application solutions remain agile, sustainable, and aligned with future business needs ✅ Applying governance, risk management, security, and compliance best practices ✅ Mentoring colleagues and contributing as a trusted technical partner What We're Looking For Qualifications Relevant IT Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Essential Experience 5+ years' experience with .NET (C#) 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Communication Foundation (WCF) 5+ years' experience with T-SQL , including stored procedures and database development Experience with Web Services and API Integrations Exposure to System Architecture and Technical Design Experience working in complex, multi-tier application environments Experience with Source Code Management (Microsoft Team Foundation Server) Advantageous Skills SSIS SSRS ASP.NET Microsoft SharePoint Agile methodologies Financial Services or Retail industry experience show more...
