- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Assist with solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis methodologies
- Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to create process maps, workflows, and system documentation
- Exposure to Agile environments and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or enterprise systems would be advantageous
