As a Systems Administrator (Mid-Level), you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organisation's servers, networks, cloud environments, and core IT infrastructure. Monitor system performance, availability, and security. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access controls. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backups. Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system-related issues. Support cloud platforms and virtualization environments. Ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery procedures. Job Experience & Skills Required Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years' experience in Systems Administration. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS). Solid networking and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
