What you'll bring
- 4 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or configuration work
- A degree in information systems, business analysis, finance, or similar or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services, lending, or collections
- Confidence configuring system rules and strategies without breaking anything
- A knack for testing, spotting bugs, and chasing them down to the root cause
- Clear writing for documentation, specs, and release notes that people actually read
- Knowledge of compliance requirements like NCA and POPIA
- A calm, solutions-first attitude and a sharp eye for detail
