We are seeking Systems Developers to join an IT team on a 12-month contract based in Gauteng . The successful candidates will support and enhance legacy Windows and web-based applications built on the .NET stack , while also implementing systems integrations between internal and external systems. This is a fully onsite position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and enhance legacy Windows and web-based applications built on the .NET stack.
- Implement systems integration between various internal and external systems.
- Provide first-line and second-line application system software support.
- Maintain and enhance existing software to ensure it remains aligned with new hardware and user requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop documentation to improve user guides and frequently asked questions.
- Ensure existing applications continue to meet operational and user requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Executive of Digital Transformation and Innovation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Professional experience in systems/software development .
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using the .NET stack .
- Experience working with Windows and web-based applications.
- Experience in systems integration between internal and external systems.
- Experience providing first-line and second-line application support.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing existing software applications.
- Experience creating technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
- Ability to work with legacy applications and adapt systems to changing hardware and user requirements.
