- The Swiss German Sales Agent position is a remote opportunity that focuses on driving sales and enhancing customer relationships specifically within the Swiss market. In this role, you will engage with clients in Swiss German, providing them with tailored solutions and support to meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities
- The clear focus of your role is telephone outbound activities and active sales promotion.
This includes in particular
- Active acquisition of new customers in the B2B and B2C sectors
- Telephone sales of products and services
- Scheduling sales and consulting appointments for the field sales team
- Conducting follow-up calls with existing prospects and customers
- Customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and special offers
- Re-engaging former customers
- Identifying customer needs and conducting customer surveys
- Maintaining and updating customer data in the system
- Achieving defined sales and quality targets
- Providing professional advice and support to customers over the phone
- In addition, we would appreciate a willingness to take on inbound tasks when needed, for example in customer service E-Mail or telephone support
The ideal candidate
Ideally, you have
- Swiss German as your native language or very good Swiss German skills
- Experience in telephone outbound work sales, appointment setting B2B/B2C
- Enjoyment of communication, sales, and achieving targets
- A positive, motivated, and eager-to-learn personality
- Quick comprehension skills and confident use of common IT tools
- An independent, accurate, and efficient working style
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- High self-motivation and strong closing skills
- Experience in inbound/customer service
