- The successful candidates will report to the respective Team Leader.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to
- Sorting and repacking of returnable packaging materials as per agreed quality standards of supplier
- Storage and stacking of returnable packaging materials.
- Adhere to safe working procedures, practices, and safety regulations always.
- Actively involved in all Mini business activities
- Perfom reasonable tasks as and when required.
- Assist with Forklift drivers' duties as part of development
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a general worker in a Production environment.
- 2 - 3 Years Forklift driving experience
- Valid and up to date Forklift driver license is required
- English Proficiency is a must
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Medical Fitness
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be physically healthy and strong to perform strenuous duties from time to time.
- Ability to initiate action spontaneously without being urged on to do so.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including night shift, overtime and weekends if required.
- Ability to work within a team is essential.
