Duties will entail
- Administration of quotation process
- Receive, open and check quotations for compliance in terms of SCM Policy, distribute quotations to Departments and capture information in register
- Evaluation of quotations below R30 000
- Reporting to Chief Accountant: Acquisition and Demand Management
- Internal and external communication
