- Grade 12 certificate. National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 year's functional experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
- Skills/Knowledge/Competence: Sound knowledge of the Treasury Regulations, Notices, and other relevant public service prescripts.
- Sound knowledge of SAP and SRM. Planning and organisational skills, Computer skills, Communication skills. Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Duties
- To coordinate review, undertake and implement the supply chain acquisition management framework and policies. Provide secretariate services to the Acquisition Committee.
- Coordinate, review and source quotations from database as determined by National Treasury. Provide general supervision of employees. Allocate work and perform quality control on the work performed.
