Requirements
- Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- South African citizen with a valid South African Identity document.
- Passion for public service and an interest/desire to work in the Financial Sector.
- Strong academic background and high levels of integrity.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment, willing to learn and work extra hours.
- Energetic, self-driven and deadline driven.
- Must be computer literate.
Key Performance Areas
- Demand Planning : Forecasting and anticipating customer demand to ensure adequate inventory and production levels.
- Supplier Selection: Choosing reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Establishing favorable terms with suppliers.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring : Tracking supplier performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
