Supply Chain Management Graduate Trainee

Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in Supply Chain Management or Logistics. South African citizen with a valid South African Identity document. Passion for public service and an interest/desire to work in the Financial Sector. Strong academic background and high levels of integrity. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, willing to learn and work extra hours. Energetic, self-driven and deadline driven. Must be computer literate. Key Performance Areas: Demand Planning : Forecasting and anticipating customer demand to ensure adequate inventory and production levels. Supplier Selection: Choosing reliable and cost-effective suppliers. Negotiation and Contract Management: Establishing favorable terms with suppliers. Supplier Performance Monitoring : Tracking supplier performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Preference will be given to the black designated group and people living with disabilities, to advance the achievement of the office’s EE targets.
