Based in Cape Town, this strategic role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and long-term client relationships. You will act as the key liaison between clients and the company, overseeing contracts, budgets, P&L performance, KPIs, and cost-to-serve, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, create joint value, and drive sustainable business growth. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) Advanced Budget and ABC Costing Experience Relevant Degree 5 – 10 years in an Operations/Logistics position Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes Proven record of adaptable management Computer literate in Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and management skills Willingness to travel Own transport required DUTIES Oversee the annual contract review and renewal process with client. Develop and monitor client-specific budgets. Act as the primary contact between the client and Consumer. Maintain strong client relationships in line with agreements. Coordinate and manage monthly client reviews. Ensure adherence to cost-to-serve models. Support onboarding of new accounts. Approve monthly invoices per contract terms. Manage cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts. Track and P&L report performance against KPIs. Measure and maintain Joint Value Creation with clients. Manage contract adjustments and true-up processes. Review and negotiate client contracts.
